Overview

The H-type system is our flagship for large-scale commercial layer farms. Cages are stacked vertically with a manure belt under every tier, so the house stays dry and the stocking density reaches 3–4 times that of an A-type house on the same footprint.

System scope

Cage frame and mesh: Q235 steel, hot-dip galvanised (zinc ≥ 275 g/m²)
Feeding: gantry trolley feeder or chain feeder, one per row
Drinking: 360° stainless nipple, 2 nipples per cage, with drip cups
Egg collection: PP egg belts per tier, elevator and cross conveyor to egg room
Manure removal: PP belts per tier, cross conveyor and inclined elevator
Optional: air-drying tunnel, central control cabinet, egg packer

Typical house: 100 m × 15 m × 6 m, 4 rows × 6 tiers = ~70,000 layers.
